Some useful tips:

A: Aahara

  1. Eating only when hungry

  2. Before starting to consume food, be in silence for 1 minute, mentally offer the food to Divine.

  3. No green chilli, onion, garlic, potato, cauliflower, brinjal. No fermented foods (such as bread, paav, biscuits, idli, medu vada, dosa, cheese, paneer), packaged fried food.

  4. Avoid white sugar, white flour (Maida)

  5. No Alcohol, aerated drinks or cigarette smoking, no gutkha chewing

B: Vihaara

  1. Waking up during Brahma Muhurtam [Parayana of any holy scripture for 10 to 15 min]

  2. Yoga & Pranayama daily for ½ an hour [6 rounds of Surya Namaskara, Maha Bandha, Naadi Shodhana]

  3. Strictly restricting the usage of electronic devices, such as mobile phone, laptop atleast after 11 pm

C: Vichaara

  1. Being neutral about others' comments or appreciations.

  2. Advancing from lower emotions (jealousy, anger, fantasy, worry, self-centeredness, seriousness to gratitude, hard-working, thinking when required, light-heartedness)
