When one can align their 'Aahara' diet, 'Vihaara' lifestyle, 'Vichaara' thinking patterns in accordance to the season, 'Prakruti' (the natural body-mind constitution one is born with), current health status, profession; then he/she enjoys an optimal health status. If any of these 3 get mis-aligned, there is a health issue seen, which will be bothersome. Let me explain the term 'aligning'. If at all one is prone to hyperacidity and keeps having a lot of fermented foods like cheese, paneer, idli, dosa (made from fermented blackgram), bakery products, biscuits; alongwith getting angry for every little thing, then the chances of landing up in hyperacidity gets multiplied. For another person if is prone to joint pains, indulges in a lot of abdominal gas forming foods like potatoes, bakery products, peas, cold foods, aerated drinks, and along with travelling a lot
