An allopathic doctor advises you to take this medicine x,y, or z for the rest of your life, and you follow his/her instructions diligently.
An Ayurveda Vaidya advises you to instil nasal drops or ear drops or just simply advises you to wake up ½ and hour before Sun-rise for the rest of your life, you tend to not follow it with obedience. You instead ask for a medicine to pop in.

Following simple steps such as waking up at the Brahmi Muhurtam (1/2 an hour to 1 hour before Sun-rise of the place you reside) can combat many disturbances such as
- High / low Blood Pressure (BP)
- Sinusitis, Cough, Wheezing, Nasal and Lung congestion
- Digestive issues
- Premature hair greying, Hair fall
- Eye dryness, Tinnitus (ringing sound in the ears).. and many more dis-eases.
But there is a first thought of disobedience towards the words of a Vaidya, you instead prefer taking a blood-thinner pill for high BP or inhaling a corticosteroid till your end. Are you in search of a solution or in search of attention / sympathy from others?

I hear people taking pride in listing their medicines that they take daily! But a little effort in modifying their Lifestyle (Dinacharya – Daily Regimen) can bring you out of many health problems. The main causes of any problem can be bucketed under 2 headings: “prajnAparAdha” and “asAtmyendriyArtha samyoga”, about which I will be explaining in the coming up articles.
